AirTel DTH Service worst than ever.
Very very Bad Customer Care and promising false information and finally the customers has to struggle.
My plan is 1 yr plan valid till Mar 24, When call to the customer care the date is saying correctly however none of the channels are showing since Dec. No proper response from Customer Care, asking to re-charge for around 100 bugs. No reason for this.
Its worst than anyother service. Pls. pass the info to all of your frnds and relatives and to familiars. Better not to take AirTel DTH. Go for some other DTH services.
