this is Sandip and I unfortunately took Airtel Dish TV connection (Customer ID 3001646111).
I recharged yesterday but nothing works, for every Channel it shows 'You have not subscribed for this channel. I am trying to see Start Sports, Neo Sports/Cricket, Ten Sports but nothing works.
I called up customer care more than 5 times, and everytime they cut my call. First of all it takes me almost two minutes by the time I get to Customer care executive and when the call connects they disconnect.
I sent SMS, ' HELP' to 54325 but nobody called me up till now.
I am totally pissed, if Airtel cannot provide the service a before better quit.
