FAULTY SET TOP BOX AND POOR SERVICES

1. In july 10, i purchased thru online booking a dish tv connection with following details-dish tv VC NO 01509018320 STB NO DST09040639541

Immediately after installation i lodged a complaint about defective set top box resulting in 1.delayed response time in switch over of channel which takes more than 8-9 secs and poor range of remote control which does not work beyond 6 ft and only in straight line /right angle to stp. No one has attended the complaint and it remains unresolved even after 8 month despite several reminders.

2. In Jan i lodged a complaint about not receiving signal, and requested the customer care to send a person to look into the problem . subsequently after 3 days the signal resumed but there was no sound. This was informed to customer care who promised to send mechanic to attend the problem but did not send any. The problem of sound contuing for over a month and despite of many reminders, it has not been attended by the company though they have confirmed that it was due to defective set top box.

I have deminded for replacement of STB or REFUND OF the SUBSCRIBED amount alongwith MONTHLY RENTAL (Rs 325).
