Multiple connection : 3003108379: Bad experince

Hello,

I have very bad experience with Airtel DTH.

Yesterday I booked 2 secondary connections (one connection already working at my home) when i booked connection call centre people are aggressive to call me/follow up moment i paid the amount people are not responding. Mr Anit Kumar told me to call for any further query i called 5-6 times they said Anit is busy will call you back But no response & nobody help me out.

I have paid Rs 4133 for one HD connection & normal connection charge Rs 591 extra because one normal connection cost Rs 999 & HD Rs 2543 (999 2543 = 3542) 4133 - 3542 = 591.How you can adjust Rs 591.

I got SMS from DTH payment (purchase of 2134) but I have paid 4133??

Call centre people are useless I called in morning said not access to account installation people will come at 10:00?? ridiculous

Request you to please resolve the issue at earliest.
