Dear Sir/Madam,
This is a gentle reminder regarding my problem, from past two days my Airtel iPTV was not at all working. I have submitted my complaint two times (Complaint # are - 47230410 & 47210500). One of corrospondent came from Airtel he informed us that they have disconnected our service by mistake.
As far as I know that Airtel is known for its brand value and I don't expect this kind of service at all.
Request you to kindly advise in this matter as soon as possible.
