On 2nd august.
I have recharged of Rs.310 and got Rs.15 as bonus. On 31st August in early morning I Got sms from Airtel digital tv that the movies I have requested are being activated for Rs.40 at channel no.155 .
I was astonished that what's this soon I called customer care And I give all the case the costumer care executive, then he transferred call to senior officer, for as all this case he told me the mobile phone no.from which request was made after confirmation I hit to know that the no.used for requesting the movies was not known by my
and neither it belong to any of my relatives nor of. the friends the customer care executive regretted for this fault and said the balance deducted will be send to my account. Till now I have ringed costumer care many a times but no result and today Rs.37 is left in my account. I am fed up with this, as Airtel previously activated my STB in name of another person after which struggled a lot for solving this matter.
AND now again.
Why don't you pin for financial transactions and confirmation system, if you can't solve my matter and give my money back on my account. If you still can't do something then do me a favour just take your digital tv set top box and dish antennae back. And I would opt for another DTH service.
