MisGuided By Customer Care executives

I am customer of Airtel DTH account 3006671387 since january. I have started with the plan of economy four months free with having 2 life time free topups of Zee Classic and punjabi top up. Your customer service support executive when contacted told me and that these to free top ups will be for life time whether you migrate from one plan to other. When i have migrated from the economy plan to mega these two top up which were free for life time and now they are charging for the same. Now I want to go back to my earlier plan that is economy 200 (changed to economy 210) with the same life time free top ups. It is again requested to resolve the problem and migrate me to my old plan and same free top ups also help us so that we are not misguided by your executives. Recently they contacted me when mailed by be the problem and said that no they cant do anything. Please solve my problem--
