I requested for a reinstallation by sending an email on 4-Oct, but still my request is not addressed. When I call customer care, they fixed an appointment, but an executive or service engineer still did not turn up. When I called the customer care again, they fixed a different time for the appointment, but still no one from airtel attended. It is continuously happening like that and finally now, the customer care is not connecting me to any executive to speak. I called 16 times, and all my calls were disconnected automatically after waiting on the IVR for 2-3 minutes. In between, they provided few other numbers for assistance. But those numbers were switched off. Because of the poor quality in their service, I have not been able to watch the TV for the last 10-12 days. Their customer care is not working to raise a further complaint, they are not responding to emails and nothing is happening. Very very poor in service.

They are giving wrong and false information.

They are wasting my time.

They are cheating me.
