One morning, my wife made a call to AIRTEL and got their CABLE installed. We checked the service for 12 hours and it was not what they promised us; none of the channels were what we wanted and they said the package (s) they had don't offer what we really wanted. We called them right away and cancelled the service, but they never refunded our money Rs.1750/-- charged on my credit card. I still wonder how justified it is to pay for 6 months payment for service of under 24 hours that we received.
