No Cut. ID no information on Installation

Very Very Poor Service... I paid through my credit card for new DVR connection through IVR (transaction ID - 10285013)... Did this Saturday morning (14th Aug) and the executive mr. Rohan guaranteed that the installation will complete 100% by Sunday evening and he also sending the text message.

Now it is sunday morning and i did not get any confirmation message to my mobile, no customer id also i got... contacted Airtel cust.service and provided my transaction no..nearly 15 executives. but nobody bothered to resolve the issue... infact the sales team number itself useless... the number they provided in the website, it just rings and nobody lifts...

Very very poor customer care...

If it is not done by today evening then i will be canceling the connection.

I am sure that is why Bharathi Airtel profit is going down like anything... If it continues then they have to shut the co, . itself.
