Airtel digital hd connection

I am taken new digital hd connection on 27/08.through online payment made through credit card. My transaction id 16678561. In my account they are taken Rs.2740/-.and they're send digital hd setup box .instalation also completed. But sale person mentioned for normal connection. That changing of connection corrertion not yet done. I called sevaral times to custmer care.they are saying one hour and two hour daily. they are not solving my problem.. In recharge sms they send to me 1840 rupees only. please see to activate my dth hd connection immediate. I losses my entertainment.
