I applied for the Airtel Digitel TV HD DVR last week. Then I got a call from Vriti Infocomm, Noida giving me details n the product code. Then I made the online payment of Rs. 7750. Now they are telling me that the set top box is still not launched I 'll have to wait more for the product. Now when i call their office they are not receiving my calls. Please help me with the same. I have asked for the refund but I m not getting any response.
