My name is Krunal Thakkar My Airtel Digital Tv Customer Id No.3002021234
last one month i have facing no signal problem i have told 10 to 15 times to customer
care for my complain after 10 comlain they send engineer and take 100 rs for visit
charge but problem still pending, then after 5 call they send other engineer and he told
me that for dish location shifting and take 200 rs. visit charge but problem still pending.
after that i have call to customer care and they told me that engineer will come but
he will take visit chrge, i have already paid them 300 rs. for same problem and problem stiil pending, and they want more rs. what can i do?
