My instrument is showing NO SIGNAL since 28th June. I have been getting assurances and dates from AIRTEL Customer care for the resolution of my problem since than till date but no engineer has arrived till date.
I have made a number of calls for this and now i want to discontinue the service and refund of my annual recharge amount.
