No action to solve the signal loss issue since 21.06.10

My DTH connection (Airtel) disconnected on Sunday (21.06.10) without any reason. I asked the customer care Exicutive on that day itself and she says i have to recharge the same. I informed that i have purchased and activated the 1 year subscription plan on 30.08. so that 2 more months balance in my validity. She says it is not possible to reactivate if not recharged. I contacted the nodal desk at Delhi and in Kerala to solve the issue. Their reply is "regretted for the inconvenience, will correct today itself". Every day their Executives promising that will clear today, but till now no technician came from Airtel DTH and solve the issue. I lost two weeks programs even I prepaid the amount for that. Also their approach towards the issue was so silly and painful to me.
