I am Customer Of Airtel Digital Tv. Since April 16th. My Customer ID:3003779270. I Want To Re-locate My Dish Into My New Address. I Make A First Request On 29/3. After That Airtel Digital Technician Came On 8/4. He Re-Installed My Dish. Then I Got Signal Problem On Next Day Morning. After That Again I Complained To Airtel Digital CC Then My Dish Re-installed On 16/4. I Got Signal Strength 184-230 And Signal Quality 20-40%. After That I Got Calls From Airtel Digital For Confirming Re-Installation. Some Times I Got Pixel Problem. On Next Day (17Th Evening) I Switched On My Tv. That Time Again I noticed B001 Error On My Tv Screen. Still I Am Not Getting Perfect Picture Quality. I Paid For Re-Installation Rs. 200 Connector Rs.50. Now I Can't Make Calls To Airtel Digital Customer Care Number. To Say About My Issue. Some Times They Are Disconnecting My Calls. For Solving My Issue I Make More Than 100 Calls To Customer Care.
