Am Nadeem Ahmed got a new Airtel DTH connection 3 months back my customer Id :3006750701 ..
I was using Reliance BIG TV for past 2 yrs & i was not satisfied with a service so i changed to AIRTEL, now i realise Big Tv service provider where much much better than this use of nothing AIRTEL, i just control myself busting out my anger bcos from past 45 days am facing a problem & still thr is no responce from their side .. i would have called atleast 5 times to customer care requesting for d activation of new HD channels, n d response will be from the CSR the engr ill be in my place within 72 hrs, but still i didnt even got a call regarding tat, n last time i specifically complained to the supervisor directly last weak still d same status, n i dont believe this email would also do some improvement, just wanted to rate ur service is pathetic
