Not receiving signals, setup box problem

Hi, I bought a new airtel digital tv connection 4 months back, recently one airtel technisian came to my home and he told airtel providing 40 channels free of cost for that need to change signal direction, he changed direction next day onwards we are getting signal problem, again we call same technisian he simple removed antena and lmb . he said he will come next day, but he didnt came, past 9 days onwards i made calls to customercare gave lot of complaints as wellas i escalate this issue 10 times no use .its very wrost customer services from airtel digital tv. today senior manager gave bangalore technisian team numbers they didnt pick the calls . one person pick the calls he is saying its reinstallation issue . how its reinstallation . who told to first technisian to resmove lmb and antena ..i can say 100% wrost customer support from airtel digital tv .they are sucking customer blood. its past 9 days issue, its ashamed of airtel customer support team.
