Charging extra money

To give you a gist of the complaints-

I got my dish tv activated/recharged on 19th Mar after my Sons board exam. I had recharged for Rs 405 equivalent to 3 months subscription.

From May end onwards i was getting sms for recharging the account and i got suproised and called up Dishh TV and i was told that Chutti TV is a paid channel and activated as ala carte from 4th April without checking / consulting with me.

The copies of the trailin gmails below are self explanatory.

Can I have the mail I'd of your senior most person responsible for customer relations.

I am not convinced with your same tape recorded reply.

If you have converted the Chutti TV as a paid channel are not you supposed to check with me.

How do a customer knows about the change of an existing channel to paid channel.

Is it not your duty to update the customer.

You cannot decide it on your own.

Customer should be given the option.

Any way forward me the mail Id of your senior most CR person.

Dear Ms. Priya,

I don't really know what to say. Either you don't understand or act as if you have not understood.

On whose instruction Chutti TV has been converted to ala carte paid channel.

If you have done it on your own am I supposed to pay for this.

If it has been made a paid channel I as a customer should have been given the option of deciding whether to go for the paid channel or not.

Hope you understand this simple language and refund, else I will have to go for the other alternates.
