Worst customer care response

Hi,

This is Rajat Kumar from Huawei Telecommunication the organisation which is handling airtel 3G project across karnataka, A poor airtel post paid and airtel digital TV customer. I have requested for reinstalling my digital airtel tv on last friday dated 25/03.Already called customer care at least 25 timesUnfortunately still waiting for your engineer to come and install. Everyday i am calling to airtel customer care and getting same answer that engineer will come today but no engineer came to me. This is really a painful situation

and will lead to get some other DTH services on 29th march also i called up customer care number and spoken to Miss Anila from Bangalore and she ensured me for the resolution till morning, but problem yet to resolve. I missed all my important matches including final, This is quite unprofessional behaviour from customer care executives. Revert back with the appropriate solution.

This is the worst experience I had as i'm using airtel services since past 3 years.thse incident will lead to change some other customer oriented operator. Request you to return my money with which i rechared my airtel digital.
