I am a customer of airtel digital TV. My Customer ID is 3004068255. I had given a complain on 15th October as some chainnels are not coming. I was given Complain No-12716072 by airtel digital TV customer care and informd that my problem would be resolved by 20th October by visiting airtel DTH executive. No body visited yesterday. I am trying to contact airtel digital TV customer care since yesterday evening by my registered mobile and not able to talk as after getting connected my phone is kept silent and after some times the call gets cut. My problem is not resolved.
