Complaint lodged with customer care but nobody has turned up

My Set top Box No.3003030478. I lodged the complaint on 17/10 for the problem power is not coming to set top box they told per visit Rs.100/- will be charged. On the same day the sevice engineer came & checked. He told the problem is with set top box, & it has to be replaced. He told the set top box will be replaced with some other old STB & it will be charged Rs.350/- which has only 3 months warranty. I said yes, we were waiting for the other STB. They didn't turned up till tuesday again I lodged complaint on Wednesday 19/10. They told the problem will be settled on the same day but, so far nobody has turned up & the same time the recharge value in DTH is getting reduced. In the begining they are providing new set top box but later replcement with old set top box is not acceptable which is only 3 months warranty for Rs.350/-. It means every 3 months I have to pay Rs.350/- for the old set top box.
