I recharge my AIrtel Digital TV account on 13/11 of rs.500/- for Mega Package and I Confirm the balance from customer care which is rs.446/- and Validity date is 12/12 but 30/11 i receive a call from Airtel Digital TV customer care that my balance is negative rs.549/- and my services disactivated by Airtel Digital TV. when i make a complaint against this on their customer care they said that a wrong package selected on my Customet Id and this complaint will be resolve Soon and give me a complaint no.1554426 on 30/11 and the time 2/12 on which complaint will be resolve and do nothing on 2/12 they give me a new complaint no.1563299 and the time 4/12 on which complaint will be resolve and do nothing and today on 4/12 they give me again a complaint no 1570956 and said that they take 2 more days to resolve the complaint and my services disactivate till then.
