Pathetic Customer Service from AIRTEL DIGITAL TV

My Airtel Digital TV customer ID is - 3001104459
This is a warning for all new airtel DTH customer that henceforth do not even think of Airtel DTH, dont ever suggest any one to buy airtel DTH as after sale service/ customer care support from airtel is pathetic.
I got DTH in July and requested for new multiple TV connection. I called customer care on 6th Dec, they have informed to first deposit Rs1750/- which I did but they never told me the mode. So I have choosen the easiest way of transferring money using netbanking. After that I called their number for booking the same. I was told to buy voucher not the direct cash deposit. Since I already deposited my one year subscription, I have insisted to use my same money to provide me connection. I talked to their customer care person and their supervisor Mr Rohit. After having arguement for almost 15 minutes, he has confirmed that I will get a call from back end team within 24 hours. I have also requested to correct my address which was wrong in my record. There also, I got confirmation to do it in 24 hours.
In the evening, My connection was disconnected when I called them again they have menitoned that you have booked for relocation. So we have disconnected and now if you want to reconnect, we will charge Rs 200/-. After a long discussion, this matter was sorted out.
I have waited for 5 days. But neither new connection was provided nor my address was corrected. I called again on 11th Dec and insisted for discussion with Manager. I had discusion with Ms Minaxi and she has confirmed that I will get the call in next two hours. Surprisingly this two hour still not got over.
Now my money is lying idle with my account which I can not utilize till Sept'10 and I have asked them to revert the money as I did netbanking unfortunately there is no response from Airtel.
I just wanted to update all to be aware of such malpractices and be careful while taking any decision to take Digital TV. I am not sure, if we need to follow such practices to reach on top in term of revenue generation.
