UNREASONABLE DISCONNECTION OF SERVICES

I bought two connections of AIRTEL DIGITAL TV on 01.01.2010 by paying Rs.5600/- for one year pacakge and recharged more Rs.500/- to watch a movie... STILL MY ACCOUNT WITH AIRTEL IS SHOWING DEBIT BALANCE. MOREOVER AIRTEL HAVE DISCONNECTED THE SERVICES FROM LAST 24 HOURS.

CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES HAVE NO IDEA WHY THE SERVICES HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED... THEY KNOW ONLY ONE ANSWER " TECHNICAL PROBLEM... CALL AFTER ONE HOUR" AND ITS BEEN MORE THAN 24 HOURS... STILL TECHNICAL PROBLEMS.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY AIRTEL DIGITAL TV... WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
