Cheated by Airtel Executive by false committment of 15% cashback, but no cashback even complaining many times at Customer care

I have got call from Airtel DTH on 18th Nov and was told that if I will book airtel DTH through IVR and pay by credit card, it will treated as ONLINE and I will get 15% cashback in my digital TV acount. So I have paid Rs1750 through IVR on my mobile as advised by Airtel Executive. But after one month when I have not got 15% cash back, I contacted at customer care centre and I was told to send Transaction ID, I sent Trans. ID, later I was told to send scan copy of my Bank (credit card) statement, I have sent scan copy through Mail, and I was told that I will get 15% cashback within 48 Hrs, but when I have not got 15% cashback even after one week, and contacted at customer care I was told that I am not eligible for cashback as I have paid through IVR.Question is that, why airtel Executive false committed me to attract me to take DTH and later cheated. Even now at customer care nobody is ready to take my complaint and refusing everytimes. This is very shameful for so big reputed Airtel company. After paying large amount nobody can change DTH services as again he has to pay large amount for installation and Set top Box. So company take advantage by cheating and harrasing customers. My cus.
