Deficiency in service and irresponsible behavio

Sir,

I have opted for airtel digital TV connection through their call center by paying an amount of Rs 1850/- by credit card through their IVR menu on 17th March around 2 PM and the call center executive assured that the coneection will be given in the next day i.e 18th by 12.30 afternoon. from then onwards, I have made several calls to their call center and enquired regarding the connection till date I havn't got the exact time when I get the connection.

In air tel customer is taken as granted and, I fed up and finally I have asked to deactivete the same before the connection they are asking me to go the nearest dealer, I have not paid any amount to the dealer how can I go to the dealer.

almost 3 days have been passed and still there is no sign o f connection.

All the call center executives nd the floor supervisors are bloody ass holes.

I need to approach to the consumer forum. what is the procedure.
