I recharged my Airtel Digital TV on 15.04. got installed on 16.04.10. Engineers came 3 hours late from the time given for installation. Had to cancel my going out which was scheduled at the time when they came in. Once installation was done, the digital tv channels didn't start and was told by engineers that it will start in 45 mins. and not to close the set top box. It didn't start. Called the customer service, and I was told that it will start in 2 hours. Four hours went by, it didn't start. Again complained in customer service, very rude answer was given by the customer service. No complaint no. was provided, three times that I called. Next day, on 17.04.10 morning it still didn't start. Again complained, and was told that the complaint will be looked into at 6.09 pm (in the evening). And was told if it still doesn't start you have to complain again. That means keep calling customer service and listen to arrogant answers!
