Very poor service and no respect/value for customers at all

Hi,

I have purchased a Dish TV on 13Mar The set-top box installed is fault. I had made a numerous complaints regarding this but of no help. In the month of Aug i was charged a sum of Rs 700 for repairing the set top box and was promised that if it gets faulty again within 30 days the same will be serviced again free of charge. The engineer returned the set top box saying that i could not repair it. We mentioned this comment on his service request slip but we have not received any response for that. then on 17-Apr, we called up the customer care for checking the status of our previous complaints. A customer care executive 'Ajay' after listening to me problem suggested that i should get it repaired once again and pay the charges. When i asked about the status of my previous complaint he told me that we have not received any complaint for your set top box in last 2 years and put my call on hold which i disconnected after waiting for 20 minutes. This way the dish tv is harassing its customers. They really do not have any respect for their customers. I request to take this matter with the concerned and get my set top box rectified.
