I AM USING AIRTEL DIGITAL TV FROM LAST 1 YRS. EVERYTHING WAS OK BUT SUDDENLY ON 24.06.10 I SAW THAT TV IS SHOWING LOST SIGNAL SO I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE THEY SUGGEST ME TO RECHARGE UR PACK AFTER THAT SIGNAL WILL COME AUTOMATICALLY.
ACCORDINGLY I RECHARGE WITH 600/- IRS . BUT THEN ALSO NO SIGNAL WAS SHOWING SO I CONTACTED AIRTEL TV CUSTOMER CARE FOR THIS THEN HE TOLD ME THAT WE ARE SENDING SERVICE ENGINEER TO YOUR HOME FOR SOLVE THE PROBLEM. ON 25.06.10 MORNING TIME SERVICE ENGINEER CAME FROM AIRTEL TV AND HE TOLD THAT THERE IS MAY BE OBSTRUCTION COMING INBETWEEN ANTEENA SO WE HAVE SHIFT ANTEENA TO OTHER PLACE, BUT HE DIDNOT BRING ANY SINGLE TOOLS WITH HIM SO HE WILL SEND OTHER PEOPLE TO SHIFT THE ANTEENA TO OTHER PLACE TOMORROW. BUT TILL NEXT DAY NO ONE CAME. ON 27.06.10 AFTERNOON 1500 HRS TWO TECHNICIAN CAME FROM DIGITAL TV. THEY TOLD OUS THAT MR. PRASHANT SEND THEM TO SHIFT ANTEENA. BUT BOTH WERE JUST DOING TIMEPASS. ONE TIME THEY TOLD ME THAT YOUR DISH IS NOT GOOD, THEN NEXT TIME THEY TOLD ME THAT YOUR SET UP BOX IS NO GOOD AFTER TWO MINUTES THEY TOLD ME THAT YOUR WIRE CONNECTION IS NO GOOD. FACT WAS THAT THEY HIMSELF DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. INBETWEEN THIS THEY USE OUR CELL PHONE FOR COMMUNICATIONS FOR NEARLY 01 HRS CONTINUOUSLY. AFTER FINGURING EVERYTHING THEY TOLD OUS THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE PROBLEM SO THEY ARE LEAVING AND SENDING OTHER ENGINEERS AFTER 01 HR BUT NO ONE CAME SO I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND LAUNCH AGAIN COMPLAINT MY COMPLAINT NUMBER IS 3158345 ON 27.06.10 AT 1700 AROUND AND AIRTEL TV CUSTOMER CARE PROMISE OUS THAT WITHIN 24 HRS YOURS PROBLEM WILL SOLVE BUT TILL TODAY ON 28.06.10 AT 2000 HRS MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED AND NO ONE CALL ME FOR MY PROBLEM.
THEN I CALLED AGAIN CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN THEY ARE GIVING SAME REPLY WAIT FOR NEXT 24 HRS.
SO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM BECAUSE WHWNEVER I AM CALLING AIRTEL TV THEY ARE SAYING NEXT 24 HRS WAIT YOUR PROBLEM WILL SOLVE. BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND THAT FROM LAST 05 DAYS THEY ARE GIVING ME SAME ANSWER SO WHAT TO DO??? AND HOW TO SOLVE PROBLEM??? BECAUSE AIRTEL TV CUSTOMER CARE DONT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. SO I WANT TO LAUNCH COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
