False Information

Dear Sir,

When I purchased Airtel DTh service from Modern Electronics they gave me a list of channels & promised that I'll have all of them and when the dth is fixed at my place I don't have certain channels promised by them. This is pathetic service by them as they are passing on false information to the consumer.

I request you to take an appropriate action against this.
