Poor Service

My Customer ID is 3002286299. I have connection with Airtel ditital TV for last 8 months. When I asked for new connection, the service provider immediately came and installed it. But After that when I had problem with blank screen, I repeatedly called for their service, but nobody came and solve my problem. I am facing the problem for last 1 week. Whenever I called, they said somebody will come at 9 O' clock, when I called at 10, they some will come at 2 .P.M and when I called at 3 PM, they said it will be solved by the end of the day and it continues like that for 1 week. After that being frustrated with Airtel service I called for cancellation my account and I had 650 RS in my account which I am also not getting refund. I am really fed up with there customer care and services in kolkata. Today finally they have accepted my cancellation request
