We are using the Airtel Digital TV from Dec'2009 and had sever issues with this from past few days. The TV has completly not working from 19th June'10, we had registed complaint on 19th June and we got info that it will be solved on the same day by 6.00 PM. But the issue is still not resolved even today (29th June'10)
Every day we are trying for the Customer Care, but seen no movement of the issue even an inch.
Response of the Customer Care:
1. We will transfer the Call to Technical Person please be in line (afterwards the call got disconnected)
2. Server not good please call after half an hour
3. We will discuss with the concern area Manager and will call you and update with in an Hour.
4. Will call you with an Hour and also send the Technician today.
Every day we are getting the above response. We had activate the NEO Sports channel for watching the Asia Cup, but we did not see even a single match and the Series has also completed.
The main issue is The Connection for us is given to some other Dish instead of our Dish, When thoise people remove their dish our TV is not working
