I called Airtel customer care on June 25th to raise a ticket for adding ESPN HD to my subscription. I was told by customer care execs that Airtel Executive would call me & when he called the line got disconnected. Airtel Executive didnt even call back and the ticket was closed without resolution. I called up the customer care atleast twice a day to fix this issue and every time they put my call on hold and the call gets disconnected. Is this how Airtel treats a customer. I took Airtel Digital TV for good customer service that Airtel provides and its now proving to be a WRONG DECISION. I need a resolution on this issue ASAP.
