In June first week Airtel digital TV had launched offer that if we upgrade our package to higher package we will get a cashback of Rs.30. So, accordingly I upgraded to the pack of cost Rs.160 on 12th June, then I contacted customer care ..they told that the amount will be added to the account by 28th day of the month. So I waited till the end of month but no money was added. I contacted customer care on 12 July, they told to lodge a complaint & that the money will be added by 16th of july..So again I waited till 16th but still no transaction had been done..On 16th when I contacted customer care they told that the Resolving date of my complaint is 22nd July... So I waited till 22nd but again no money was added. I contacted today on 24th they are telling that I had upgraded on 14th of June & downgraded on 12th of July so it was not applicable in reality I had upgraded on 12th june & after consulting customer care only i had downgraded on 14th July...
What to do???
