NOT WORKING FOR A WEEK--ZERO RESPONSE FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE

I am AMIT KHAIRA (REGISTERED Phone No.09650498463). On AUGUST 5, my airtel TV started showing "No Signal". It could not be rectified at our end. A complaint (Complaint No: 3511732) was launched to the customer service cell on 8th august. Resolution time was given for 10 am next day. But, no one turned up. I again called up the helpline on 9th august when the cutomer care executive gave me another complaint number (3517472) and I was also told that the entire money which is being sucked by Airtel on daily basis in spite of no signal would be refunded.

But, no one turned up to fix the problem Then I again called up the helpline on 10th august for the 11th time and narrated the entire story when the customer care executive registered the complaint afresh with Complaint No:3522793 and assured that the complaint would be resolved by the next day. But, no one has turned up and the problem remains unresolved till date. Yet money is being consumed from my Account everyday.

Coming from a service industry myself, This is the most pathetic service i have ever seen in my life. Companies like airtel should be taken to court for making fools out of customers.
