Re-Installation not done

Using DTH by Airtel:

Below are my 2 compliants. Now Airtel People are calling me every day 10 times and irritating me by asking that it is done or not. Every time when they call are asking my address. This is too disgusting. On 7th of August 10 I was promissed by shift supervisor Sheela that next day by 2PM it will be done, but nothing has happened till today (11.10.10). I called on 10th august also and promissed by shift supervisor 'JENSI' that it will be done by 1 PM on 11th. Everyday I use to call Airtel and explain everything again and again and get reply that next day by after-noon my DTH will be re-installed, but nothing is happening. I want to use dirty words for Airtel, but I am not cheap like Airtel people. I think they have become deaf & blind. They just want to utilize public money for thier purpose. The 1st day when I registered my request there was a balance of Rs.1047/- and now it is Rs.930/-. I want to know why I should pay this, when I am not using the services and have already registered the re-installation request?

I request suggestions from this consumer forum, whether I should go to Consumer court to get justice. I am fully disturbed and feeling stressed due to Airtel DTH.

Re-Installation not done

Below is my complaint dt.04.08.10. Since then I recieved 2-3 calls from Airtel saying that any moment their person is coming for installation, but till today no one has come, i don't know by which flight Airtel has sent thier person.

Today again yesterday I called and spoke to person (Jerry), he promissed that by 7th of August it will be installed. Again today (07.08.10) I called and got same reply from a representative (Sheela) that I will recieve a call from thier engineer after half an hour, but 3 hrs are passed no one has called.

I feeling harrased by Airtel.

Now if it is not done I will send the msgs using dirty words for Airtel and Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal, who is enjoying thier life on public money.

Installation not done

Using DTH by Airtel:

Recently I have shifted to another location and informed to Airtel for re-installation. My 1st order no.is47608474, after 3 days they gave me another no.3453056 with another 3 days extension, again when I called today (04.08.10) then they gave me another no.3477642 with 3 days extension. I was not expecting this type of response from company like Airtel. I have to call them on-020-40181400 every time which costs me around Rs.20 and without watching TV I have to spend on recarging the account that is extra.

I am frustrated calling them and want some solution by consumer forum.

Please help me out.
