My Airtel Digital Tv Customer ID is 3000042960, on 10th of Sep 2010 the adopter provided by airtel for the STB got blasted and i have raised the complaint on the same day and the service request reference no provided by airtel customer care is 3831851. Till date the problem been not rectified, when i check with the customer care they use to say back end team will be calling me within 2 hours and no one called me to till date.
