On 19 Sep 2010 i made a complaint to airtel customer care that my set top box is not working, they provided me a complaint number and told that engineer will visit in 24 hrs... but my complaint is not solved till 01 Oct.engineer told me that u r set top box will be changed by swapping method or u should pay 1000 rs i will provide u a new set top box... but when my swap set box will come who will use it... tell me||||||||||||||||||||||||
