I requested for a Airtel Digital TV connection on 8th September. I visited the Airtel Website and made the payment of around 4000/- for 1 year subscription using my credit card. Later i was found that the signal from the satellite is not available at my flat so i got it disconnected on 12th September.
Since then i have been Calling up with their Customer Care and mailing at [email protected]. Everytime they say that the amount would be refunded soon.
It's been around 2 months and i am still waiting for my refund. Now when i call they put my call on hold and do not reply back.
Please help me get my money back.
