Delay in Installation

Sir,

I have ordered an Airtel Digital TV connection on 4th Nov through IVR process using HDFC credit card. My transaction ID is 11641371. They told me that the max time for installation is 48 hours. But after payment is done, there was no response from their side even after three days of payment. The main reason behind me lodging this complaint is the way they treat the customers. I have keep on calling them yesterday and they are not at all giving proper response, instead they blocked my phone number. There was no way for me to contact them now. I tried calling them from a different phone number, but once I mention the transaction ID they are cancelling my call. I am very much frustrated even after paying them. Kindly suggest me on the same.
