We took a bsnl myway iptv connection on oct.16 by paying rs.1500/- in cash to the staff of myway iptv who came to our house. The myway staff came next day to install the tv... but after 7 days they stopped the service and when we called them, none of the local staff took the phone. We registered a complaint but there was no response. Then we called the complaint wing and the call was attended. There the staff told me that our cheque had bounced. but we told them that we paid in cash. Since that day till today (november 7), everyday we are calling them, but nothing has happened. Our connection is not through. No one has come till today to check the thing. Everytime we call them, they go on saying that our cheque had bounced but we paid them in cash. They give non existent local telephone numbers to call and no one takes the call. The staff at complaint wing asks and says the same thing every time i call and gives us a deadline that our connection will be through within 24 hours. Till date we have got 12 deadlines but nothing has happened. Sir, kindly help me in this matter. They took the complete installation charge and the rent but there is no service. We asked them to stop the service and repay us back but there is no response.
