I am airtel digital TV customer with customer id: 3004696048
I had raised a complaint 2 weeks back and service request number is 4421563.
I was not getting any channel, the error being, "No Signal Found" and raised complaint.
After calling continuously for 3 days, an engineer came to my home (Don't know his name) and worked for 3 hours.
I was delayed by 3 hours to go to office but still waited for them to fix.
By the end, i got some channels but some were still not coming.
And also, to add on, this is not fixed, it varies every time.
Then they said, problem is with the set top box (which we purchased from airtel 3 months back)
and hence will come and replace it with new one the very next day.
Now it is one week and no one has come and I feel very pathetic about the whole behaviour.
No one is picking my call now and Customer care says the service request has been closed.
How is this possible? This is how they deal with their customers?
We had paid 5 months rent and took airtel dish which I now think was a mistake from our part.
Very sorry to say but horrible customer service they have. Very very disappointing.
