NO ENGINEER SENT AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS

Airtel digital dth service Customer Id 3005767099

I have suscribed to airtel digital dth service- ultra plan after paying a yearly subscription. Firstly they took 4 days to install instead of promising installation after 24 hours. After 3 days of installation, I called the customer care at 18001028080 to relocate the dish instead of terrece to the 9th floor of the same building in which I am living. To my shock & disbelief, I was ashtonished to see that inspite of calling more than 15 times they have not sent the engineer to my premises, only once the engineer had came to unstall the dish from the terrece. The dish is lying in my residence from last 14 days and I am not been able to view the dth connection. I am fed up with airtel dth & want my full money bach Along with the compensationfor the harrassment.
