Since 3 years we are using the Air tel digital T V since 3days it is not working when we call the customer care it will take minimum 15 minits to take complaint, again and again they will collect the fee but they did not work properly if we ask any thing clearly they will give reckless answer and went away from the spot. since 3 days i am called the customer care so-many times every time my mobile currency will lose if they speak they will ask only for charge nothing eels. it is not working from 3 days it is known to them but they deduct the money for these days also.
