I have been using Airtel DTH for about 2 years now. Recently I shifted to Lucknow. For the re-installation of the dish I called the customer care on 23rd Dec Ref #4862073. They told me that the person will visit me within next 2 hrs. After waiting for a day, I called them again (24th Dec) and I was given a new Ref # 4874441 with the same old assurance of 2 hrs. Since then i have been calling them continuously for the past 3 days but the service has been dismal with no response. Every time I call them they ask for my new address.
I request you to please resolve the complaint and do the needful.
