I have airtel dth connection from sep 2009.My Airtel DTH I.D is 3001694744 It started giving problem about one year back of no signal every fortnight.for getting service we have to really run from pillar to post, frantic calls to airtel customer care and executives are good for nothing. Airtel engineers close the calls without even speaking or visiting customer forget about solving problem. Airtel DTH was bought by me on goodwill of Airtel in broadband service and Airtel Mobile service which i enjoy from past many years. I am repenting my decision today. Again it is not working from 20th march and till today i.e 22nd march i must have done atleast 10calls to customer care. I laugh at the name cusotmer care. There is nothing called as customer for them and care is not their in their dictionary. Due to brand name of Airtel many people will keep falling in their prey and their business will keep on running. Cusotmer care is doing great job in closing customer complaint to make their numbers in uptime gurantee. AN every time they issue a new comlaint number.
LIST OF CUSTOMER COMPLAINT REFERENCE NUMBERS:4124480, 4131326, 4124480, 4148544, 4176492.fr om 12th october to 18th october after registering complaint they came and changed dish antenna and it started working fine last month on 15th feb again there was issue of no signal and it was closed after repeated request by reference number 5438889. with a rider from engineer that u have to pay 100 rupees for the service. trust me u can not move the dish antenna by ur hand and they say some one has done it delibarately or some monkey has shaked it. so funny.on 20th morniing again same problem was there when i contacted airtel digital tv customer care i was told that it is due to sun outage it will be o.k by afternoon.whole day io was wasting time on their commitment. on 21st morning i again sent a complaint with reference number 6165759 but no response today again i was given new complaint number 6197575. which will be closed by afternoon 3: 30 P.M but till 6: 15 P.M no call forget about solution.
Can any one share email i.d or number of top excutives of customer care or CEO AJAI PURI.where it can be escalated.

My recommendation
NEVER EVER BUY AIRTEL DIGITAL TV CONNECTION.I DO NT KNOW OTHERS ARE EQUALLY GUD OR BAD.
