Not getting any respite with my Settop box issue despite sevaeral reminders

Hi

I am extremely sorry to say but the kind of service I got from Airtel in the recent past is pathetic and my issue is still not resolved even after contacting customer support several times for past 2 weeks.

My Customer id is : 3001699025

Complaint no: 5820053

Can someone look into this matter at the earliest on apriority basis.(I am not able to see anything on my TV with airtel settop box, it works fine when I play a DVD).

PS: I also sent an email to [email protected], and did not get any assistance from them as well.

Extremely bad service from the technical as well as the customer care team as I was given repeated assurances from frontline, supervisors and floor supervisors.

I will check with the Consumer court as what best could be done to bring Airtel to task for fooling the customers and taking them for a ride.
