Non-activation of subscribed top-up channels, after money payment

I have added setmax, captainTV and Vasanth TV to my existing package. Iam able to watch setmax, but the other two channels are still blocked, with the message that it is not yet subscribed.

I have paid thro on-line service, thro my log in ID provided by airel digital TV.

I have tired to call customer service but i find no response. the service is very poor.

My customer id no. is 3001457839 and my mobile no. is 8018853560.

Also i want to chnge my registered mobile number.
