My Customer id: is 3004213587.
I shifted my residence 2 days back. Am still not able to get a technician who could come and fit the antenna at my new residence.
Customer care says they need 6 days for a shift. (Good Customer care after sales service!!!)
But if i buy a new connection today i can get it fixed on the same day. There are slots available for technicians on the fly. I do not understand the logic.
I am without TV for the 3rd day now. Hail Airtel!!!
